Introduction

At Breakthrough 8 LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and a positive client experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for our coaching programs.

General Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific program or in a separate written agreement, all payments for coaching services and packages are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. This policy reflects the significant time, effort, and resources dedicated to preparing and delivering your personalized coaching experience, including pre-session planning, content development, and commitment of coaching time slots.

Specific Service Refund Terms

a) Individual One-on-One Coaching Sessions:

We offer five distinct types of one-on-one coaching sessions. When you purchase an individual session of any type:

  • Before Commencement:

    • ​If you cancel an individual one-on-one session before its scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to a $25 administrative fee.

  • After Commencement or Missed Session:

    • ​Once a one-on-one session has commenced (i.e., the scheduled start time has passed, regardless of your attendance), it becomes non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

  • Cancellation:

    • ​As per our Terms and Conditions, individual sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice will be forfeited without refund.

  • Rescheduling:​

    • Rescheduling individual sessions is free, subject to our Terms and Conditions.​

b) 3-Day Training Retreat (Including Airbnb Accommodation):

Participation in our 3-Day Training Retreat is a commitment to an immersive experience that involves significant logistical planning, including securing accommodation and preparing retreat materials.

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • 100% Refund: If you cancel your participation in the 3-Day Training Retreat seven (7) days or more before the official retreat start date, you will receive a refund of 100% of the total retreat fee.

    • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the retreat start date. This is due to the non-recoverable costs associated with accommodation and retreat preparations.

  • Cancellation by Breakthrough 8 LLC:

    • In the rare and unforeseen event that Breakthrough 8 LLC must cancel the 3-Day Training Retreat (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, coach illness), you will receive a full refund of all fees paid for the retreat.

    • Breakthrough 8 LLC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, such as travel expenses (flights, train tickets, rental cars) or other non-refundable bookings. We strongly recommend purchasing flexible travel arrangements and travel insurance.

  • Early Departure from Retreat:

    • No refunds will be issued for early departure from the 3-Day Training Retreat for any reason.

  • Rescheduling:​

    • Rescheduling 3-day retreat is free, subject to our Terms and Conditions and part (b) Specific Service Refund Terms "Cancellation" windows.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuinely unforeseen and extraordinary circumstances may arise (e.g., severe illness, family emergency). Refund requests outside of the stated policy for such circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Breakthrough 8 LLC. Any such requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

  • Your full name

  • The specific coaching service you purchased (e.g., "1-on-1 Nutritional Guidance Session," "3-Day Training Retreat")

  • Date of purchase and scheduled session/retreat dates

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant supporting documentation (for exceptional circumstances)

We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) within three to seven (3-7) business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Refund Policy on our website. Your continued engagement with our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
